Massage therapy services provided at The Grace are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness purposes only. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a licensed medical professional for any medical conditions or concerns. 

• All appointments must be booked in advance.
   
• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
   
• The deposit applies toward the total cost of your session.
   
• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
   
• Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
   
• No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
• One courtesy reschedule may be allowed at the discretion of the therapist when proper notice is provided.

 Clients are required to complete an intake form prior to receiving services and must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, or physical limitations. Clients agree to notify the therapist of any changes to their health status prior to each session.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of injury and releases the therapist from responsibility related to undisclosed conditions.

Massage therapy involves physical manipulation of soft tissue and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to soreness, bruising, muscle strain, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By receiving services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with massage therapy.

A signed informed consent and liability waiver is required prior to the first session.

Massage therapy at The Grace is strictly professional and non-sexual in nature.

Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual comments, gestures, or advances, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if massage therapy is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if these Terms & Conditions are violated. 

Client personal and health information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective massage therapy services. Information will not be disclosed without client consent except as required by law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for additional details. 

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, clients agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Ryan Thomas, The Grace, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from massage therapy services, including claims of negligence.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited. 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. 

By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
